Shipping & Delivery Policy
We fulfill orders both from our headquarters in India and through domestic U.S. shipping partners, depending on the item and availability. Most orders placed on this site are shipped within the U.S. to U.S. customers unless noted as a pre-order.
Packaging
We ship every order in plain, discreet packaging with no branding or product names visible.
Small orders: typically shipped in padded mailers or poly bags
Larger orders: packed in boxes with minimal padding to reduce movement during transit
We choose the packaging method based on the nature and quantity of the items in your order.
Weather & Delivery Conditions
We are not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, including heat exposure in the summer.
Customers are fully responsible for selecting a shipping method that suits their delivery situation. If you expect the package to be exposed to heat, cold, or extended time outdoors, we recommend selecting a faster option or coordinating delivery when someone is available to receive it.
Returned / Undeliverable Packages
We do not guarantee reshipment of orders that are returned to us due to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Delivery failures caused by customer error
Please double-check your address during checkout. If your package is returned, we will attempt to file a claim with the carrier. Any reshipment or refund decision will depend on the outcome of that claim.
Drop-shipping Policy
We occasionally offer dropshipping for bulk requests or special cases. Dropship orders are fulfilled directly from our India headquarters and are subject to longer shipping times and increased customs-related risks.
We offer two shipping options for dropship fulfillment:
Standard International Mail
Cost: Starts at $30+ USD
Estimated delivery: 3–4 weeks
Tracking may be limited; delivery can be delayed by customs. No reshipment or refund consideration before 4 full weeks.
EMS (Expedited Mail Service)
Cost: Starts at $40+ USD
Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks
Faster, more trackable, but still subject to customs clearance. No reshipment or refund consideration before 3 full weeks.

Dropshipping is high risk and not for everyone. We do not recommend these services unless you are comfortable with potential delays and uncertainty. We are fully transparent about the risks and do not accept responsibility for losses resulting from customs actions or failed deliveries on international dropshipped packages. Please consider sourcing items domestically when available.
Reshipment & Refund Policy for Dropship Orders
- One free reshipment is offered if a package is not delivered after the timeline above
- After one reship, any additional attempts will require a new payment
- Alternatively, the buyer may request a refund instead of reshipment after the waiting period
If your address has experienced a customs seizure or repeated delivery failure, we strongly advise providing an alternative shipping address for the reshipment. We reserve the right to deny future dropship requests to high-risk destinations.
Shipping FAQs
We typically ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends. Orders placed after Friday afternoon will ship out Saturday morning or Monday.

No. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept any returns. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
